1. Our Platform

Prime Wealth Horizon provides a freelance marketplace connecting clients with freelancers in information technology, digital marketing, social media, content and lead generation. It also offers a separate affiliate programme for eligible health, wellness and beauty products.

2. User Accounts & Roles

Clients, freelancers and affiliates have distinct account experiences. Freelancer accounts require review before bidding. Affiliate registration is separate from freelancer registration. We may approve, reject, suspend or close accounts for policy violations or legitimate platform needs.

3. For Clients

Posting a job is free. Project scope, price, delivery and payment arrangements should be agreed before work starts. Online payment, escrow and release protections apply only where the relevant payment service and workflow are active and confirmed for the project.

4. For Freelancers

Freelancers may submit proposals after approval. Platform fees and payout arrangements are disclosed through the platform or approval process. Fees may change prospectively with notice; any early-member rate commitment must be confirmed in writing.

5. For Affiliates

Affiliate commissions apply only to eligible, verified sales under the programme terms. Rates, attribution rules, refund adjustments and payout schedules will be shown in the applicable programme materials when available. Affiliates must not make misleading product claims or use spam.

6. Disputes, Refunds & Payments

Where project mediation or a payment protection workflow is available, disputes are reviewed under the Refund & Mediation Policy. Do not assume funds are held in escrow unless the platform explicitly confirms that arrangement for the transaction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

No spam, fake accounts, unlawful activity, fraudulent referrals, deceptive marketing, unauthorised access or attempts to bypass agreed platform fees after introduction.
